Shipping (Pricing in CAD)
Canada - Flat rate shipping is $19.00 for candle orders under $125.00
- Free Shipping for candle orders over $125.00
United States - Flat rate shipping is $29.00 for candle orders under $150
- Free Shipping for candle orders over $150
U.S. Shipping, Tariffs & Import Fees
We’re happy to ship Dark Horse Handcrafted products to our customers in the United States!
Orders of $150 CAD or more qualify for free shipping where applicable. Please note, however, that our free shipping offer covers the cost of shipping only and does not include any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges that may be imposed by U.S. authorities.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities before or upon delivery.
As a small Canadian business, we simply aren’t able to absorb the additional costs created by tariffs or changes to U.S. import requirements. We know these added charges are frustrating, and we truly wish they weren’t part of the equation.
By placing an order for delivery to the United States, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or import-related fees.
